This supervision mission constituted the first for ASHA and was done from 14 – 21 March 3, 2016. Four and half days were allocated for the start-up workshop during which many issues were discussed and clarified. Considering that no physical activities had been undertaken at district level, the supervision remained in Kathmandu and focused on implementation start-up review. The mission was able to provide implementation support for prioritizing activities in the remaining time of the Third Trimester (T3) of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2015/16 and support to articulating priorities for FY 2016/17.
