In order to empower women and vulnerable groups and bring changes at household level, a Gender Action Learning System (GALS) training was provided to facilitators/social mobilisers for learning and implementing GALS at household level in the project area. The event was held from June 11 to 13, 2018 at Hotel Valley View, Surkhet.
The objective of the training was to:
• Introduce GALS and enable participants on tools of GALS for practicing it at household level beneficiaries.
• Strengthen the SM team to design with visioning of gender sensitive outreach plan linked with the interventions of profitable production.
